Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 20, 2026

This policy is written for a business-to-business research-material platform. It does not describe any consumer medical service, patient service, diagnostic service, treatment service, or clinical advice program.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how PeptideSource collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects information in connection with our B2B research-material catalog, account registration, purchase-list workflow, quality-document support, payment coordination, and shipment support.

Our services are intended for qualified business, laboratory, research, distributor, and procurement users. They are not directed to consumers, patients, children, or individual medical users.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect business identity information, including company name, business address, tax or procurement details where applicable, account role, contact name, email address, telephone number, WhatsApp number, and other information submitted during registration or buyer qualification.

We collect transaction and fulfillment information, including catalog selections, quantities, SKU details, quote requests, order records, payment confirmation data, payment transaction identifiers, shipping addresses, consignee details, tracking information, support messages, and records needed for audit, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and customer service.

We may collect technical and usage information such as IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, search terms, catalog interactions, cart activity, referral source, approximate location derived from technical data, and analytics events.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to create and administer business accounts, evaluate buyer eligibility, process purchase lists and orders, coordinate payment confirmation, provide COA, HPLC, MS, SDS, and related quality-document support, arrange shipping and insurance, communicate with buyers, and maintain operational records.

We also use information to secure the platform, prevent unauthorized access, investigate suspicious or abusive activity, enforce our Terms, improve catalog accuracy, measure site performance, understand buyer workflows, maintain internal financial and commission records, and comply with legal, regulatory, tax, sanctions, customs, import/export, and recordkeeping obligations.

4. Quality Documents and Restricted Operational Data

Quality documents and batch-related materials may be provided only to qualified buyers or account users with an appropriate business need. We may record document requests, review status, related product or order context, and the account user who requested or received the information.

Operational data such as supplier cost, margin, commission, procurement notes, payment review records, inventory controls, and internal fulfillment assignments may be restricted by role and is not intended for general account-user access.

5. Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking

We may use cookies, local storage, analytics tags, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, or similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, measure traffic, understand catalog browsing, search, cart, quote, and order-conversion behavior, and improve service quality.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice, consent, opt-out, or preference mechanisms before enabling non-essential tracking technologies.

6. How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers that support hosting, database infrastructure, authentication, analytics, payment review, communication, customer support, logistics, insurance, customs brokerage, security, audit, professional advice, and compliance operations.

Consignee and shipment information may be shared with logistics providers, fulfillment personnel, insurance providers, and other parties reasonably necessary to deliver or support an order. We do not provide fulfillment personnel broader access to buyer account data unless required for their assigned operational role.

We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, government request, customs or import/export process, sanctions screening, fraud investigation, dispute resolution, enforcement of our Terms, protection of rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

7. International Transfers

Because our buyers, suppliers, service providers, hosting infrastructure, and logistics partners may operate in different jurisdictions, information may be processed or transferred outside the jurisdiction where it was collected. We take reasonable steps designed to protect information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.

8. Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain accounts, support orders and quality-document requests, meet legal, tax, accounting, customs, import/export, sanctions, audit, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution obligations, and enforce our agreements.

When information is no longer required, we may delete, de-identify, aggregate, or archive it according to our operational and legal requirements.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission, storage, or security control is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Account users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials, limiting access to authorized personnel, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized account use.

10. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent for certain personal information. Business-contact and transaction records may be retained where needed for legal, security, audit, tax, customs, dispute, or contractual purposes.

Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional privacy rights, including rights to know, access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain processing. We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. If we use analytics or advertising technologies that applicable law treats as a sale, share, or targeted advertising, we will provide required opt-out mechanisms.

11. Children

Our services are not intended for children or users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site after an update means the updated policy applies to future activity.

13. Contact

For privacy requests or questions, contact PeptideSource through the contact channel shown on the site or through your assigned business-support representative. We may need to verify your identity and business authority before acting on a request.

This page is intended as a formal operating policy for the site. It should be reviewed against the final company entity, service providers, jurisdictions, and compliance requirements before public launch.
